Ramp/Jet · Demand engine for industrial companies

Every inquiry, followed up.

Captured, routed, and chased until it closes or it's dead. No inquiry waits on the owner, and nothing depends on who happened to be at the desk.

Why this exists
The lead came in Tuesday. Somebody saw it Friday.

Nobody decided to ignore it. The form goes to an inbox somebody watches when things are quiet, the quote in front of them was worth more, and by the time anyone looks, the buyer has already called someone else.

The fix isn't trying harder. It's that following up stops being a thing a person remembers to do and becomes a thing the system does on a schedule — with a record of who touched what, so nothing sits unowned.

The Process

Two weeks. Four operations.

Op 10

Wire

Days 1–3

We instrument every way an inquiry arrives — the form, the shared inbox, the phone — so all of it lands in one place instead of four.

Op 20

Route

Days 3–6

Rules for who gets what: by product, by territory, by whoever is actually available. An inquiry always has one owner.

Op 30

Chase

Week 2

A follow-up schedule that runs whether or not anyone remembers. It stops when the buyer replies, when it closes, or when it is honestly dead.

Op 40

Report

Ongoing

The weekly report goes out. You read it in two minutes and know what came in, what moved, and what stalled.

The ongoing mechanism

The weekly report is the product.

It's the part you actually touch. Two minutes on a Monday and you know whether last week worked, without asking anyone or opening a system.

If the report ever looks like this and nothing changes, that's a conversation we'll start — not one you have to notice first.

Weekly reportSample
Pass11 inquiries this week, all first-touched within the hour
Pass2 quoted, 1 closed — $18,400
Fix1 stalled 9 days — owner has it, no reply logged
Note3 came from the same search term, worth a page
Opp.2 old inquiries reopened after the follow-up sequence

ReachThe demand engine

Single price, no per-seat maths and no per-lead pricing that punishes a good month.

It sits on a Rework site or on the site you already have, provided we can wire into it. If we can't, we'll tell you on the call rather than after.

What people ask on the call.

Do you replace my CRM?

No. If you have one, we write into it. If you don't, you don't need to buy one for this — the log we keep is yours and exports whenever you want it.

Who does the follow-up, you or us?

The system sends what's scheduled; your people handle anything that needs a human. You'll never wonder which is which, because every touch is logged against a name.

What counts as an inquiry?

A form, an email, a phone call, or a walk-in somebody logs. If a person asked you for something, it counts.

What happens to a lead nobody wants?

It gets marked dead with a reason, and it stays in the log. Dead is a decision somebody made, not a thing that happened because everyone was busy.

Can I turn it off?

Any month. The log, the history and the contacts are yours on the way out — we'll send them without being asked.
